MARK KEIFFER
CEO

Mark joins Goodman Solutions with years of telecom and home solutions experience. Mark spent 30 years in a variety of operational and support positions at AT&T. He began his AT&T career in Oklahoma City as an Engineer with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1982.  As Mark moved through the ranks at AT&T, he held several key Executive positions across the AT&T portfolio. He has served as President and CEO of AT&T Southwest, where he was responsible for operations in the Southwest region, including network, consumer, and business sales. He also held senior positions as Executive Vice President-Enterprise Business Sales, Chief Marketing Officer-Business and President-Home Solutions. Most recently, Mark served as Chairman of Keiffer Holdings. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from East Central University in Ada, OK and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.

JOE HART
PRESIDENT

Joe Hart is the President of Home Services, responsible for Sales, Sales Operations and Business Operations. He has 15 years of experience in leadership positions in Operations, Finance and Supply Chain. Joe has led large scale business units across a variety of telecom segments including Outside Plant, Wireline, and Wireless. He spent the last few years building out the eCommerce Field Services capabilities within Goodman. Joe is married with twin boys. He received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, his Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

ANTHONY J. RAO
GENERAL COUNSEL & EVP

Since 1994, Anthony has spent his entire career representing field services, technology, logistics, delivery, consumer electronics, and telecommunications companies.  Prior to joining Goodman, he was an equity partner at Duane Morris LLP, founder and managing partner of Rao Tiliakos LLP, a New York and San Francisco defense firm, and a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  He leads Goodman’s Legal and Contracts Departments and corporate and legal compliance, he is a member of the Executive Committee, and is the Corporate Secretary to Goodman’s Board of Directors.  He holds a Juris Doctorate and Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

JOHN DEBUS
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Previously John served as CFO of Sage Telecom, Circuit of the Americas, Wine.com and Digital Domain Media Group. Additionally, he has served as an advisor on numerous engagements, including Pacific Crossing, Ltd., Hawaiian Telcom Communications, Inc., NewComm Wireless, PRWireless, One Communications, Broadview Communications and Primus Telecommunications. John previously served as corporate controller and subsequently the CFO for the Goodman Solutions. John has over 20 years’ experience in the Telecom field and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

CHRIS GRANT, PMP
EVP FIELD SERVICES

Chris has spent his entire 25-year career in the technical field services industry. Chris joined Goodman Solutions in 2012 and is currently responsible for our direct broadcast satellite, major appliance/consumer electronics, and residential security Field Service teams. During his tenure at Goodman, he has held various roles, including Director of Advanced Products and Vice President – Operations. Chris previously spent 14 years at SVI Systems, Inc. where he had operational and project management control of a field force that serviced the hospitality and medical industries. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Eastern Illinois University and is a Project Management Professional. Chris is a former US Marine and Desert Storm veteran.

MARSHALL GREEN
EVP HUMAN RESOURCES

Marshall joined Goodman Solutions in May 2017 and currently leads all aspects of the Human Capital activities throughout Goodman Solutions with a staunch focus on employee engagement, retention, and nation-wide growth. Previously, Marshall was with Booz-Allen Hamilton supporting the Air Force Real Property Agency’s Real Property Management Division assisting in the development of their strategic approach to handling real property management integration activities. And at USAA he led the University Relations Team in Talent Acquisition and was responsible for developing the national strategy and plans around talent sourcing. Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University. He is a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force and a retired military officer.

PETE FOSTER
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Pete joined Goodman in early 2019 and serves as the company’s Chief Information Officer. In this role he oversees global technology delivery and digital strategy with a focus on advanced field service enablement and customer engagement. Prior to his tenure at Goodman Networks, Pete held technology leadership positions across several industries including high tech and healthcare.  Pete started his career as a central office engineer and telecommunications project manager.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
